All paintings by Dianne Ogg are sold on a first-come, first-served basis with full payment required at the time of purchase. Delivery is not included in the price and is at the buyer’s expense; insurance is highly recommended and remains the buyer’s responsibility. Paintings may be collected by arrangement, or delivered within seven days of purchase. A seven-day cooling-off period applies, during which refunds may be requested if the artwork is returned in its original condition. No refunds or returns are accepted after this period, and delivery or insurance costs are non-refundable.
